The Silver Stars instructors are master Tai Chi Instructors who have over twenty years of experience. They customize each class to your goals and medical history. The ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi and Qigong combine slow, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises. The low impact moving meditations include standing and balancing. Although Tai Chi is excellent for beginners and people with health conditions, elite athletes can also benefit from performing the slow movements.
