Junior Stars Fitness Professionals

All instructors are not only experienced and certified by the leading fitness organizations, but are specifically trained to work with kids to ensure you are getting the highest quality instruction.

Training Philosophy

In regards to our training philosophy, Junior Stars believes in an integrated approach to program design by addressing many aspects of fitness to help achieve your health and fitness goals.

Whether your goal is fat loss, general fitness, enhancing performance for a particular sport or maybe just preventing an injury, our fitness professionals will focus on proper posture, flexibility and mobility, balance and stability around the most vulnerable joints, strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility and quickness and nutrition tips.

All of these key components are done in a sound progression as we build your foundation first by focusing on stability and mobility. By initially focusing on building stability and increasing mobility,

it allows us to prepare your body for more exciting challenges while keeping you injury free.

At Junior Stars you will have fun as we will keep you up on your feet and moving while we work on all the skills that are required for your particular sport, improving general fitness or fat loss goals.

There is no machine training at Junior Stars as we believe kids sit too much as it is, so why would you come to us to sit even more. As we all know sitting is one of the worst things you can do for your body. Sitting doesn’t offer any real life application and also causes muscle imbalances (tightness & weakness) throughout the body, which eventually leads to pain.

Of course, if you need to sit due to an orthopedic issue, we could accommodate you. We look forward to helping you achieve you health/fitness goals!
