Our Fitness for tennis players class is taught by a USPTA certified tennis professional and trainer that really understands how to improve your game. We incorporate key components such as balance, Flexibility/Mobility, Preventative training that includes stability for the core, hip and shoulder, strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, cardiovascular endurance and you will even get tennis tips and perform tennis specific drills that will ultimately make you a better player.
