Anna Lombardi, originally from Italy, has worked extensively as a performer, choreographer and teacher throughout Europe and New York. She received her Pilates certification through Body Balance in 2002.
After many years of practicing yoga, Anna studied for her instructor’s certification under John Tamayo from Atmananda Yoga Sequence. She is now a registered Yoga Alliance teacher.
Drawing on her extensive dance, Pilates and yoga experience, Anna’s classes are geared to maximize the body’s potential safely and effectively, with a particular attention to anatomical alignment, movement initiation, breath and flow.
